Exam Information

• All live tutorial classes are NOT Refundable 3 days prior class.

• If you cancel or return a  home study course within 7 days and courses are reusable you will receive a refund less (the shipping and handling charges if applicable) and (less a $25.00 Registration fee per course.)

• All Courses must be completed within 1 year. ( Re-registration depends on the current Text Books)

• If you fail a statutory course you must pay a re-take test fee of $25.00 each exam.

• Please make sure you have the correct shipping address, Unit # Suite etc. on your order form. (If there is an Address discrepancy a $15.00 correction charge will be added to your purchase. )

• Due to rising gasoline charges we reserve the right to charge an additional  fee no more than $5.00 per customer who have courses delivered to a residence.  (A Commercial business address will not be charged this extra fee)

•  ALL Courses Have  Shipping and Handling  and Insurance

• All Exam Preparation PDF file sales are final

• All CD Sales are final. (exchanges only if defective) in 7 days with receipt)

• All Online Exam Preparation Sales Are Final.

• All Internet Streaming Exam Preparation Courses are Final.

• All Courses are NON_ Transferable.

• We  PREFER you to take ALL YOUR EXAMS ONLINE because this keeps  a lot better records if you lose your certificates.

•  Oue online process  does the Proctoring. you MUST take your Exam (s) online). Thank You for your cooperation
